MEET YOUR PRACTITIONER
Meet Mark.
Mark’s work in movement and wellness began more than a decade ago, when he qualified as a Vinyasa yoga teacher. He later expanded his practice through Yin Yoga, pre- and postnatal yoga, and Level 1 and Level 2 Reiki Jin Kei-Do certification in 2021. He also facilitates sound bowl sessions for private clients and corporate wellness days.
After completing his Assisted Stretch Therapy training through Stretch Method SA in early 2026, Mark brought these disciplines together through The Limber Lab. His approach combines movement, assisted stretching and restorative wellness practices to support mobility, recovery, relaxation and balance.
